Kadence Form Block – Bulk upload options?

Hey there,
I’m using the Kadence Form Block to create a contact form. I’d like to have a “Select” field that displays a list of US states. Is there a way to add all of the states in bulk without having to add each one, one by one, fifty times?

P.S. If you have multiple “email” fields on the form and you configure the form to send an auto-response email, it will choose (seemingly) the first email field. It would be nice to be able to configure this and specify which email field to use. Super niche, I know 🙂
