Kadence Form ‘From’ Name defaults to WordPress

Hi,
In Kadence Forms, I’ve created a contact form using the basic form as a template.
I am using {field_1} in the form settings for From Name but the emails arrive as FROM: WordPress <[email protected]>.
The reply-to email address {field_3} is working, though.
Is this an SMTP issue? Is there a way to verify that NAME is indeed field #1?
