Kadence Importer not working

I have tried several times to use the Kadence Importer to set up demo content. All recommended plugins have been installed and activated. Each time, I get the error saying “Some items may not have completely installed. PLease check your site if your are missing content you can re-click the “import demo content” button. Do this until the import is complete.” I try over and over again and it does not make a difference. It never installs any of the demo content. Please tell me what it is wrong? Thank you
