Kadence Slider plugin error

On last week I updated my site synergycosmetic.cz to latest version WP 5.8.1, Virtue Themes 4.2.6. Furthemore, my webhosting updated PHP on 5.6 from 5.3 version. Today I found out in WP Plugins Menu following error:
