Kadence Slider Pro Issues

Hi there,

I discovered a couple little issues when I recently changed a couple things on our site:

1) I added a drop down menu on one of my main menu items and the drop down goes behind the Kadence slider until you start to scroll down the page, then it corrects itself. Menu is under Services in top nav: http://www.inthesilo.com/dev

2) When the slider first loads, either on a new session or refresh, my overlay image of text drops to the very bottom to the point of not being able to be seen depending on window size. It’s only on the first slide and once it cycles through the 3 slides, it is fine. See screenshots: Incorrect: *Login to see link Correct: *Login to see link
