Kadence Slider text disappearing

Greetings Kadence Team – For 3 days now I’ve been trying to get the text that I add to slides in the Kadence slider to not disappear. This is getting very tedious, I’ve uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled, I’ve deleted slides and entire slide name and started fresh. The layer that the text resides upon does not seem stable. I’m not using any plugin that is not recommended in the Ascend premium template and I’m not using a shopping cart. Is it possible that my Ascend Premium got corrupted and that I need to install? Please assist and thanks – Gene
