Kadence Woocommerce Elementor Pro – Unable To Install

I stumbled over this new plugin yesterday and it looks very cool and I guess very new based on what I saw.

I decided to try it on one of my site’s today and I cannot upload the file. Well, I can but as soon as I do, the site is unavailable. I just get a white page period.

I tried using the “add new” plugin dialog on WordPress first and it appeared to upload fine but when I hit activate the next page was white. As soon as I removed the plugin from the plugins folder, everything worked again.

I tried uploading and uncompressing the file with file manager and discovered that as soon as the plugin is uncompressed in the plugin folder the site goes down. So it doesn’t appear to be activating it that is the problem.

Any idea what the problem may be?

I am using a child version of the Ascend theme. Although I tried it with the parent theme and it still brought things down. I do have the Woo templates plugin installed but I deactivated it before uploading the new one. Maybe it needs to be entirely removed first? I hate to go that far since I guess I would lose my current templates if I deleted the Kadence woo templates plugin? Maybe that’s not the problem anyway?

I wish there was a way to export templates from Woo Templates. That way I could safely delete the plugin and re-load everything afterwards.

I also tried deactivating CDN and caching in case that was the issue. Same result.

If there’s anything I can answer to help figure out the problem, I am glad to help as this sounds like a good plugin!
