Large menu does not work

Hi I found a problem with creating a large submenu with the Pinnacle theme. Every time I save the menu after I enable “Large Menu” and set the number of columns. This is restored with the default settings. Making it all frustrating.
This problem does not happen with the Virtue theme, but only with Ascend (free version) and Pinnacle Premium.
Can you help me? thank you
