Latest Pinnacle 1.3.7. Broke My Child

I’ve been having major issues with the latest update, once I update to 1.3.7 from the previous my child theme breaks and seems like the stylesheet gets disconnected, here is the message generated by WordPress:

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

I thought maybe it was caused by Orbisius Child Theme Creator, lost the entire site then backed up and tried to activate the Pinnacle Premium 1.3.7 and made a child theme using Child Theme Configurator and the same again, stylesheet doesn’t work and the same error messages, this is the only Pinnacle Premium site where the child has been broken. Also, I noticed Google analytics started reporting this:You have 1 high-priority issue: Missing Tracking Code. Something very wrong going on with my install, actually this is being reported on several other Pinnacle Premium sites I have.
