Left navigation menu wraps to 2nd line

Hi there, been loving the theme! Just 2 issues thus far:
1) The left navigation menu of the website wraps to the second line. Would like them to be on the same line. Is that possible?
2) The logo shrinks too much when scrolled, any way to make the shrinkage lesser?
