Lightbox images not showing

Hi,
I have a problem with my product lightboxes. When I click on an image of a product, the lightbox opens but the picture of the product is not shown. It stays black.

Is there any solution? I activated the lightbox in the theme options. I also tried the lightbox in the woocommerce settings, but it still didnt do anything.
