lightbox not there…

I did an export/import of my site settings to move it from dev to prod — for some reason the prod version does not have the lightbox functionality? When I create a gallery, and then click on the picture on the site, it just loads the picture on a new page vs. the lightbox. I have the same plug-ins installed on both, but the prod version was previously set up by someone else using mojo marketplace. Is there some setting somewhere I might have missed? I have Virtue gallery enabled to override WordPress and Theme lightbox on – on both prod & dev.
