line separator with an image

hi, in this site we are building we found a thing that we cannot resolve…as you can see there is a RED line separator … that because we cannot find the way to set that red to be the following picture… thinking about how it’s working right now (the red triangle) behave to the previous line,… i don’t think it’s possible…. what is you opinion?
