Link box displays at bottom of page

Hello!
I have a link box that has suddenly appeared at the bottom of my pages. Every time you hover above a link on the page anywhere, the box appears at the bottom of the page. I am having a hard time trying to figure this out with firefox inspector because it’s at the bottom of the screen and I can’t move my mouse. Wondering if this is a setting within Ascend? Or if you have any idea how to remove it.
