Link hover transition time

Hi Ben and Hannah
I would like the hover transition to be instantaneous, ie zero transition time between active and hover styles, for all links, buttons, etc.
I have achieved this on a number of elements (eg add to cart button) but I would like do it more elegantly.
Please would you help me to understand which global classes I should add to the custom css?
