Link to custom tab and hide heading in the tab

Hi,
Have to issue;
1.
I have Activate Custom Tab 01, and i have 4 tabs on my product page. I would like to link from short description on the product to the new tab.
Is there some way to to that? I have try to put in a link xxxx/#tab_kad_custom_tab_01, but it will not open the tab.
2. I would also like to hide the heading in the tab. Not on the tab, but in the beginning of the page there is some heading i dont like.
