Load Google Fonts Locally

Hello, on my test site I have put the option “Load Google Fonts Locally” ON, but Google Fonts are not loaded. I use Ascend Theme.
Here is what I get on Dev Tools, see the image.
Can you please see why is this happening, thanks in advance, Gabi
