Logo alignment in Ascend header

I’m using an Ascend header that calls for the Logo to the left and the Menu and Extras to the right. The logo appears to left justify in the space allotted for it with no parameter to specify otherwise. I’d like to have the logo float to the right of this space so it always butts up against the header text that I have in the Extras field. You can view the site HERE.

As a side question; is there a CSS tweak that would allow me to modify what percentage of space is used for the logo and the extras?
