Logo distortion on Internet Explorer

IE 11.5, The top left sticky logo looks distorted when you start scrolling. Looks fine on Chrome, Firefox, Android.
Any idea?
Can fix with a IE only rule by max-height:80px;position:relative;top:-30px; etc etc but that seems kind of hackish.
