Logo size and padding, footer padding, spacing between header and footer

Hi there!

Four questions for you:

1. I there a way I can limit the size of my logo to a percentage of the screen it is being viewed in? Can I say: logo width is 25% — and then whatever size screen it is, the logo width will be 25% of the window? What I am trying to achieve in the image size that scales properly. At the moment it is too big when viewing on a mobile.

2. Also can I add padding above and below the logo?

3. How do I change the padding in the footer — above and below? It has sticky footer css applied to it already.

4. Finally how do I increase the space between the body and the footer?
