lost icons after SSL activation

Hello,
since i activated SSL on my current website, all icons have gone broken.
Could it be possible that the issue came from the activated option “Load Google Fonts Locally” ?
My body-font did not work to after activating SSL, then i turned off the locally Loading and it worked again.
I tested out activating and deactivating plugins, but it didnt change anything.
I restarted “Better search and replace” to look if it forget change a table in the database, but it didnt find anything.
