Lost my website :(

Hello,
I’ve recently updated my virtue premium theme in WP and now I cannot access to my website anymore. Even into my admin pannel 🙁
I have a backup plugin in WP so I thought I was backing up my site everyday but apparently this plugin only gives me partial backups.
