Main logo linking

Hi, with this css, I have the site’s logo link turned off because I don’t want the logo to link to the Front page because it’s essentially an entrance to the website & I dont want users to go back to that page every time they click the logo.
Is there a way to edit this code so the logo links to a specific page on the site. The page I want the logo to link to is *Login to see link
