Good morning everyone,

I want to add a page that everyone can visit and download housing rules *.pdf or *.docx files.
I want to add a page that ony users with a password can visit and download financial *.pdf or *.docx files.

What is the best plugin for that and how to put it on the page?
I’m a volunteer for a housing owners association, if you can give me a few hints, tips or if you have have an instructional youtube video or an site where this is documented please share. I’ve searched, but I don’t know the best options.
