Blog Posts Sticky on Home Layout & Using home layout options more than once

Hi There!

I am trying to make my home page layout in this order:

(Slider)
Page Content
Icon Menu
Home Widget Area (for testimonials)
Latest Blog Posts

However, the Latest Blog Posts does not recognize my sticky post and I want my sticky post to always show…..

I read somewhere on the forum that the only workaround is to use the Page Content area, however, I have already used it.

Is there any way to make this happen?

I am finding the Home Layout options limiting, as you can only seem to use each item once. Unless there is something I am missing?
