Menu problem

Hi! I’m here again ’cause I need help.
I have this menu, the option with the logo in the middle of the header ( so there are left and right menu).
The problem is that i have 2 elements ib both the menus, but the left one is so far from the logo and i don’t know how to fix this. I want it to have the same distance from the logo that I have in the right menu.
