Menu reactive state

I am not sure what I have done, a menu button drops down to another line before the menu enters a different reactive state.
Some users that enter the site with browser windows sized down or have smaller screens only see the menu it its broken state.
When viewing the site on a mobile device users are able to scroll left and right. The footer width is not set correctly.
Can you point me in the correct direction to get this fixed?
