Menu resize picture

Hi, I have a problem with the menu to select the size of a picture.
The drop-down menu opens and closes immediately with no option to choose.
Same effect the below menu “Link a”
if with a trick I can choose custom sizes, the larg and alt fields don’t make me write
I’ve tested different browser on mac and wx.
