Menu/Logo/Header Size Issues

I have set my logo to be centered with 3 menu items to the left and the right, however, my logo automatically shrunk a good deal rather than staying as its actual size. I want it to appear as it does on the demo (*Login to see link but it is as small as the sticky header logo size instead. When I change the header back to having the logo on the left and the menu on the right, the logo is the size I want it to be… so it can’t really be a matter of header width. How can I make my logo stay its proper size?
