menus disappear on mobile view

Hi,
I have 2 problems with mobile view of my site: http://www.grospiritually.com.
1) the nav menus don’t show up
2) my banner image doesn’t adjust; it just shows a small section of it
The content box with text adjusts correctly. Can you help?
