Minimum height sticky shrink header

Hello,

I use the “Basic with shrink for sticky” header style. My company has a logo with a slogan on the right hand side. I put the logo over the topbar with

.kad-header-style-three #thelogo img {
padding-top: 0px;
position: absolute;
top: -33px;
}

When the sticky header shrinks the slogan, there is for our purposes not enough space between topbar and slogan.

Is there any CSS or JavaScript which I can modify to reduce the level of shrinking?
