Missing Menu Types

I can figure out why when I go to Appearance – Menus I only get 3 main options for adding menu options:
Pages / Custom Links / Categories
According to a post on your site: *Login to see link
There are many other Menu Types.
Of most interest at the present is adding a link in the Secondary Menu to a Woocommerce Category.
Any suggestion on what Setting I don’t have correct to allow all of the other menu types to display?
