Mobile column layout

Hi,
I have created a team page in order of key positions ie Managing Director, Director, Key Accounts, Financial Controller etc
When the website is viewed on mobile the order changes as the 2nd column goes underneath the 1st column so the order is Managing Director, Financial Controller, Territory Sales Manager etc Ideally it should be in order how it appears on desktop.
How can I resolve this?
