Mobile Header: Tagline not showing when site title is off

Hey there,
I only want to show my logo, tagline in the mobile header.
I noticed that
Show site title in mobile? ON
Show site Tagline? ON
Works correct. But if I switch Show site title in mobile? OFF the tagline disappears as well.
Bug?
