Mobile menu appearance

On my cell the menu appears as a square box with three bars in it. Above the square is the logo and tag line.

Is there a way to locate the logo and tagline to the left of the square box? Otherwise, it looks odd to have the log and tag line above the square then the content appearing below that?

Alternatively, is there a way to center the square under the logo and tagline?
