Mobile Menu Icon Not Visible

Hi
On my website http://www.dnaclient.co.uk/pandora/ the mobile-menu icon is not visible. How do I get it to appear and also make sure the logo (Pandora) is not touching the top of the slideshow when viewed on a mobile? Help really appreciated.
