Mobile menu in fullwidth

Hi Hannah and Ben!
I have a fullwidth page (940 pix) and a revolution slider shown in the header with the same width. I would like to make also the mobile menu fullwidth. Now it is centered and there is space on the both sides that I would like to fill.
Some windows phones shows only a square instead of the menu icon. How can I make a .png image instead for this error symbol.
