Mobile menu issue

I followed the Pinnacle coffee shop format, separating the top menu into a left menu and a right menu.
In menu settings section, I checked the box Mobile Navigation on both left and right menus, but it seems only the menu of one side, either left menu or right menu, can be added to mobile navigation, e.g. adding mobile navigation to right menu will automatically remove mobile navigation from the left menu (mutual exclusive). Therefore, on a mobile device, the hamburg menu can only display either left or right or menu. How can I make mobile navigation to display combined left and right menus?
