mobile menu not showing up

Hi there,
I am having trouble getting a mobile menu to appear for the website I am working on. It was visible the last time I tested the site, and is still visible on my local version of the site. I went through all the theme settings and did not see any discrepancies between the two versions. I can not find the mobile-nav-trigger and kad-mobile-nav divs in the page source, so I don’t think it is an issue with visibility. Could you point me in the right direction?
