Mobile Primary Side Bar too wide

Hi,
We’ve always had issues with viewing the primary side bar (widget) on mobile devices, i’d like to try and put this right as i feel like we are losing business because of it. When viewing on any mobile device, the side bar takes up the full screen and compresses the products and makes it difficult to navigate. I’ve spoken to a web developer who seems to think its a bug with the theme…
Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
