mobile slider not showing in a mobile phone

Hello.
The website is neobici.com
I have a slider in my website. I activated the mobile slider functionality and set no slider captions, no title, no description because they were displayed too large in the mobile screen.
But I still see the big slider when going to the website from a mobile phone.
Am I missing something?
