Mobile social media icons not working

Hello, I would like your help. I have made a simple site that has icons of social networks, in the laptop version it works, but not in mobile phones, I have put the addresses of facebook and instagram and only appears and icon, and stays in the same place.
- The forum ‘Membership Forums’ is closed to new topics and replies.
