Hey guys how can I add a &nbsp before the search bar in the mobile layout to every page without having to do it one by one?

Without the space:

With the space:

I have to manually enter the &nbsp, is there any way to to it to every page without having to do it one by one?

And also is there any where I can find the new update notes after every new theme update? I cant seem to find the update notes for 3.3.9.
