Mobile Submenu Item Not Collapsing

Hello,
On this website (travelingwithscubajay.com), on mobile when you open the menu it shows the second (parent) item as activated and the arrow is below where it should be. See the reference image for how it’s showing up in the preview, where it works correctly. When the arrow is clicked, it also won’t collapse the subitems. How can I fix this?
