Mobile Theme Menu Not Working Correctly

Good afternoon Kadence Team (and forum members)
My name is Ryan Walker and my website http://www.atlantickendamas.com has been having issues with the mobile site. The mobile menu does not display when you click on it. It appears an then disappears quickly. We have found this issue on multiple different browsers and iOS/Android. Any help would be much appreciated.
