Okay, so I have everything pretty much like I want except that the topbar in the mobile settings is not inheriting any of my CSS changes.
Is there a way to:
1) Configure the text CSS for the mobile topbar? (color mainly)
2) Turn off the Mobile topbar menu altogether (I would still need it for the main site) and just use the mobile menu?
