modify css files

Hello,

1) the inspector tool of chrome or firefox indicates to change virtue.css but i cannot find this file in the list in the wordpress editor.
i’d like to change:
.footercredits {
padding-top: 0px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
}

2) I see radio buttons on the revolution slider; they are grey, where can I change the picture used? settings.css
.tp-bullets.simplebullets.round .bullet {
cursor: pointer;
position: relative;
background: url(“../assets/bullet.png”) no-repeat scroll left top transparent;
