Modifying 'author/archive' template

Hello,
I’d like to modify the author archive templates to achieve this :
1) change the text ‘Author Archives:’ to something else (both in english and french 🙂
2) add a biographical description to the top of the page (based on what the bibliographical entered by the users)
I’m running a virtue child theme, but I’ve no idea which .php file should I modify and how. Please help me out!
