Monetising, WooCommerce and woo zone

Hallo, I am very confused and need help.
I have amazon products advertised on my site which someone did for me. I then had to update the woo zone (I think) plugin and it wasn’t successfull. I now see the pages with info of the images is there but no images is showing? Someone the suggest I completely delete the plugin and upload new one. Will the images automatically appear when I upload aa new Woozone plugin (I see there is no free one available)?
I have the ‘WooCommerce 3.6.4 version’ plugin installed (by same person months ago) as well as the ‘YITH WooCommerce Category Accordion 1.0.28 version’ plugin. I know nothing about the set up and when I read the tutorial about Woocommerce I got the impression that plugin is all I need but then I read I need wordpress?
This is mind-boggling.
I dont want to delete all the plugins and start all over if I dont have to. Can you please direct me what is best – sorry but I cannot figure it out and rather ask for help than waste more hours. thank you
