Move calculate shipping on cart page

I just bought your virtue theme yesterday and I am in love!. It is an amazing theme that provides 90% of everything i need without modifications.
Just couple things I would like to change:
1. Move the calculate shipping on the cart page from right to the left like in your pinnacle theme.
2. Modify the check out page more? I would like to move some things around like the coupon code entry.
3. Would it be possible to center the logo in the top bar?
